Is Internet access available from the electric ship?
Yes, you will be able to stay connected throughout the ship as well as in our comfortable internet cafe. There is a $6 per day charge for WiFi access and it is subject to change. Visit Customer Service once onboard for more information.
Will I need a passport or visa?
For the cruise only, not stays, a government issued birth certificate with a raised seal (not from hospital) is an acceptable form of identification if accompanied by a photo ID. Resident aliens must travel with their "Green Card" Alien registration cards and a government issued photo ID Guests from other countries must possess a valid passport and should check with their travel agent or appropriate consulate to determine other necessary travel documentation. All guests over 16 years must carry a Government issued picture ID such as a state or provincial driver's license with a picture or a government photo ID card.
How much luggage can I bring onboard?
Each guest is permitted to bring two (2) pieces of complimentary luggage, not to exceed 50 pounds per piece. For excess and overweight luggage a $25 fee per bag will be automatically charged to your onboard account. All luggage must be stored in the passenger’s stateroom.
What should I pack?
The dress code on board is generally casual. Dinner and evening attire is casual elegance, with proper attire required for select restaurants, including collared shirts, blouses, pants, dresses and skirts. Tank tops and swimsuits are not permitted in the dining areas.
What about personal belongings?
We are not responsible for theft or loss so be sure all baggage and personal belongings are properly insured and labeled with the owner's name, address, and ship's name, cabin number and sailing date. Suitcases should be securely locked. We recommend that you personally carry all medications, jewelry, fragile items, valuables and important documents on and off the ship. Any luggage left at the pier will be forwarded at the guest's expense.
What about special needs?
If you have a specific need or a medical condition that requires special attention, you must advise us when making your reservation and confirm the information to us in writing. Special dietary needs can be accommodated if the passenger makes the request at the time of booking. Passengers requiring a wheelchair onboard must make independent arrangements.
What is the onboard alcohol policy?
Guests may not bring alcohol onboard prior to embarkation and any alcohol found in a guest's possession is subject to confiscation. The drinking age on the ship is 21 in US waters and 18 at sea and on Grand Bahama Island, a valid ID is required. We have the right to refuse sale and/or service to anyone.
Will baby-sitting be available?
We offer a variety of activities to ensure that the kids have just as much fun as the adults. They will enjoy the pools, Water-slide, kids club, and a complimentary kids program that includes supervision.
What about tipping?
For your convenience, gratuities are charged to your onboard charge card at $12 per person, per day. This covers all food and cabin services provided to you by your Cabin Steward, Waiter, Busboy and Maitre d’. Other staff members may be tipped as services are rendered. Please note that a 15% service charge will be included on all bar, wine and Spa & Salon tabs. This is standard in the cruise industry.

What do I need to board the cruise?
A Passport is highly recommended or a Certified Birth Certificated.
What is dual & three person occupancy?
Occupancy is how many people are in a cabin. So If you are sharing a cabin with one person you would buy a double occupancy ticket. Prices are per person and are based on the occupancy of the cabin.
What is included in the price of the ticket?
This is an all inclusive ticket. Price includes all meals, buffets, some beverages, on board entertainment, The Electric Ship events on the ship and all taxes and port fees. (Does not include alcoholic brings or soda)
Can I bring my own Alcohol?
No you cannot bring alcohol on ship. You can buy duty free alcohol but will not be able to pick it up until disembarkation
How old do I have to be to attend?
18+ Unless accompanied by an adult.
Can I get off the ship in the Bahama's?
Yes, We will arrive in Bahama's at 8:00 AM and can leave or return to ship as you please.
What time do I have to be on the boat by?
You must on board ship BY 4:00 PM departing from West palm beach . However we start music at 1pm and you can board as early as noon! Departing from Bahama's you must be back on ship by 5:00 PM!
What items should I bring?
Sunblock, a set of casual dress if you plan to eat at one of the nicer restaurants for dinner, Bathing suit, & at least $100 per person for onboard spending.
Can I use cellular phones on the Electric Ship?
Enjoy the convenience of using your cellular phone to keep in touch with friends and family while sailing on the Electric Ship. In order to use your cell phones onboard, you might need to first activate the roaming service by calling your cellular provider. The network gets activated when the ship is at sea, out of reach from land and your regular cellular provider. When the service becomes available, your cellular phone will display either MCP or 901 12 or indicate Digital Roaming. This service is charged via your home cellular provider at international roaming rates for exact pricing, please check with your home operator.
What's included in the electric ship cruise price?
Your fare includes shipboard accommodations, ocean transportation, all meals, select beverages and onboard entertainment. (Including all Electric Ship Events)
What's not included?
Gratuities of $12 per night per person, transportation to and from the ship, valet parking at the port,shore excursions, bar beverages, soft drinks, phone calls, photographs and items you may choose to purchase that are not specifically stated.

Parking at the port is fast and efficient with our valet service, provided by the Port of Palm Beach. One of our parking attendants will meet you as soon as you arrive to the terminal. Valet parking is available for only $20 per night.
